Trophy mule deer are getting extremely rare in the Western United States. Government management and the improvement of optics, rifles and overall hunting technology has, for the most part, eliminated the best genetics in the wild. If you happen to find a place that still has good deer you will need an impossible number of preference points to draw. Our goal is to preserve the absolute best genetics and use them to populate our Ranch. Our mule deer hunts are for mature mule deer. We have terrific habitat that provides excellent nutrition and, since we are high fenced, we can allow our deer to grow to their genetic potential. All of this allows a terrific opportunity for the hunter to harvest a true trophy mule deer. The hunting area of our ranch consists of great natural mule deer habitat. We have over 9 miles of pinyon canyons and drainages, separated by wheatgrass and sagebrush flats. Our ranch has always been a great place to hunt, now we have fantastic animals to go with it.
